GTU Manager, IBM Israel

Michael Oran is leading the GTU - Global Technology Unit. The GTU is a corporate initiative, established in Israel late in 2001, following a comprehensive study conducted in Israel by a corporate delegation.

The GTU main goal is to identify and promote new business opportunities for IBM, world wide, along with solutions developed by Israeli based ISVs. The GTU identifies and recruit potential business partners with innovative solutions that offer added value for common customers, in conjunction with IBM products or services.

In his past 26 years with IBM, prior to his current position,  Michael managed the IBM Israel STG (System and Technology Group) for 7 years  following years of various managerial and sales positions.
