Yaniv joined Red Hat in Spring 2009 with a strong track-record of growing technologically advanced businesses in Israel.
Tasked with establishing the Red Hat business in the GTI region, over the last 2 years he has grown the regional business and has achieved continuous growth.
Key customer successes have included significant wins in the financial, Hi tech, defence and telecoms sectors, with the majority of the Israeli Enterprise players choosing to adopt Linux and open source technologies.
Leibovitch's responsibilities include defining and driving the sales strategy in the GTI region, building key systems integrator and channel relationships and strengthening the company’s presence across the region.
Over the next 24 months Leibovitch’s primary focus will be on growing Red Hat’s revenues in the region and continuing to increase awareness of Open Source as an acceptable primary IT platform for business and in particular to ISVs and government departments and agencies.
Leibovitch has over 13 years experience working in the IT software industry.
